RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our policies.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original purchase date.
We are willing to replace items if they are: too big, too small or defective. If you need to exchange any item, send us an email and we will handle it accordingly.
GIFT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If purchase was noted during the checkout process as a gift, all gift returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you in the manner you prefer (email, standard mail, text message.) If returning or exchanging a gift, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Hot Rock.
CONDITION
All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. All original tags and labels must be attached. (if applicable)
EXCHANGE OR RETURN EXEMPTIONS
We will never accept returns or exchanges of any of the following:
Face masks
Face protection gear
Bandannas
Lingerie
Pantyhose
Body jewelry of any kind (including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or any other jewelry) Socks
Hair products
Additional non-refundable items:
Gift cards
Collectibles; if tags are missing, if product box has been opened or if box is damaged.
EXCEPTIONS
We will only make exceptions on any of the above if the products were damaged during the shipping process, or if products are defective. Both of which require an established agreement between you and our customer service team.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can not be exchanged and store credit may not be received. By purchasing an item that is on sale you are agreeing to these terms. Some sale items are on sale because they are defective. This will be noted in the description and/or title of the item listed. If you receive a sale item and it was defective (and properly noted on our website) then you will not be eligible an exchange or store credit.

Any lost or delayed packages to and from Hot Rock will not be made responsible by Hot Rock or it's associates. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping provider using the tracking number provided (if applicable) to you from Hot Rock to initiate a lost package claim. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping provider using the tracking number provided (if applicable) by Hot Rock in order to check on your items. Hot Rock is not responsible for filing a lost package claim for you. If Hot Rock is required to provide additional information to shipping providers when packages get lost or delayed this will be handled accordingly.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or store credit. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange or store credit has been processed.
